2. Data processed
F.lli Fragola S.p.a. collects only the data that the user provides voluntarily and the navigation data.
For the consultation of the «public» part of the Site (that is the one freely accessible by each user), no provision of personal data of the user is foreseen.
For access to the reserved content section of the Site, or for any contact with F.lli Fragola S.p.a. by the user, for example, by sending e-mail messages, electronic or traditional, to the addresses of F.lli Fragola S.p.a. indicated on the Website, the user’s data must be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with the current legislation.

F.lli Fragola S.p.a. deals with the personal data that the user has provided on the Website in connection with the use of the Website itself. In particular, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
