Fragola offers a broad range of products and services to improve the feed mill profitability.

Our approach includes “turnkey” solutions, modular analysis on existing plant to develop single process technology, as well as maintenance contracts and repairs to guarantee that the plant is always operating in the most efficient way.

High throughput, reliability and flexibility are the pillars of our projects. Fragola machinery and equipment are designed to operate 24/7 ensuring economical use of raw materials and energy.
Thick structure of both transports and machinery, protects against normal wear and increases their lifespan.
Fragola feed milling plants can be customized in order to meet the requirements of different animal species: dairy cows, poultry, swine, fishes and pets, and premix plant.

A wide range of milling solutions includes horizontal, vertical (with different rotor sizes and different rpm) and high speed hammer mills as well as roller mills to provide the best results whether a wide variety or few specific raw materials have to be processed. Hammer mills can process up to 130 Kg of corn per KW/h with a 2.5 mm screen size or 165 Kg of corn per KW/h with a 4.0 mm screen size, limiting raw material temperature increase and subsequent moisture loss.

Different batch mixing systems are available to face frequent recipe changes and capable to produce up to 20 different lots per hour in a fully automated way. Liquid inclusion can reach up to 25% in some of the models.
